Order Policy

Cupcake Pricing:

** Orders minimums are typically limited to one flavor per dozen (surcharge may apply for variety pack, please consult for a quote). 

PRICING:  We do not have a set price list for our desserts because prices are obtained from a variety of different factors. These include, but limited to, complexity of design, number of servings, and labor involved.  However, rest assure, we are consistent with our pricing.

If we quote you a price and it does not work for you, let us know. We are more than willing to work with you, but do realize you are not getting the same kind of desserts that you would get from your local grocery store. These are delicious, custom made desserts. So please be realistic in the amount of money that you plan on spending. 

Custom Orders:

Custom orders for specialty theme cakes consist of fondant, chocolate, toys, designer themes, these require an upcharge. Plastic and paper picks are standard and are included in the price quoted.

Method of Payment:

Cupcakeology has a strict ordering policy in order to provide you a quality experience.

We accept Visa & Master card, Cash, Paypal invoicing as acceptable forms of payment for all orders and deposits. 

Deposits:

All Deposits must be posted/received by the agreed upon date and time in order to secure your order. If your deposit is not received, your order will be cancelled, no exceptions.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and are necessary to secure necessary supplies to prepare your order.
Orders received without a deposit or late deposits cannot be guaranteed until you confirm with Cupcakeology.

Orders of 3-dozen or larger may require a 50% deposit via cash, Credit Card or Paypal Invoice, remaining balance due upon delivery not at the end of your event.

Ordering Policy
Orders are limited to one (1) flavor per dozen. If you require more than one flavor per dozen, a surcharge may apply and you will be notified at the time your order is confirmed.
You must be available to receive delivery. There will be no redelivery and no refunds. Our cupcakes are highly perishable and will not be left with anyone without your written consent. There will be no IOU's on orders. No refunds of any deposit if you are not available to recieve your order, and do not have your final payment at the time of delivery.  However,  please notify us immediately within (1) hour of delivery if you have any issues with your product.  You must save any leftover and uneaten product if you have an issue you wish to dispute regarding the quality of your item. Unless otherwise, stated all sales are final.
